As I head back to a classroom full time next year to teach Grade 3, I know I will continue to cherish my part time work at Tyndale...
![]() Helping a teacher candidate load selected photos onto her data stick this morning, in preparation for Friday night's year-end celebrations, I came across this shot (left) from September. A few of the core faculty gathered outside the building before heading over to chapel. What a fun group of people to spend a year with! Teaching part time at Tyndale's B.Ed. Dept in the past allowed me to get to know some of the faculty there in a superficial way, but this year opened my mind to so much professional learning as I developed strong, reflective relationships with my colleagues at the faculty. So much laughter, so many shared prayers and such rich dialogue... what a treasure the year has been! As I head back to a classroom full time next year to teach Grade 3, I know I will continue to cherish my part time work at Tyndale... Above: selected GOs developed with the teacher candidates during the DI class I taught this year.

Wow, what a big decision to return full-time to the classroom! I'm sure it will be a big change, but a great new/old experience :)
