Well, and some Christmas trees and an arm-less person.
Over the past several months I have been attempting to facilitate an appreciation of looking at and making "Art" with a Kindergarten class I cover for 55 minutes once a week. This morning, we looked at a French artist's work entitled "L'horrible Chat des Neiges". Using only two pieces of paper and a black crayon, we attempted to reproduce our own "horrible snow cats". And miraculously, despite various fights erupting over glue-sharing and no scissors (they were to rip the paper for their jagged mountains, rather than cut it), somehow an assortment of not-so-horrible snowcats emerged from the process!
Well, and some Christmas trees and an arm-less person.

About Vera...After writing for several teacher and multiple birth publications, including ETFO's Voice Magazine, Multiple Moments, and the Bulletwin, Vera turned her written attention to prolific blogging for some years, including BiB, "Learn to Fly with Vera!" and SMARTbansho . In 2014, Homeschooling 4 was her travel blog in Argentina. She now spends more time on her Instagram (@schalgzeug_usw) than her blog (pictures are worth a thousand words?!) and moderates several Facebook groups in Canada and Mexico.
