Ahhh... a glorious sleep last night (well, until about 4:30 a.m., when I awoke and started stewing about slow flight, stalls and various other flight matters...) Sleep always comes more effectively and is more peaceful when I make liberal use of lavender in the bed. Trevor hates the small, purple pellets that dig into his back when he least expects it, and visitors have frequently been surprised by these little gems that so resemble mouse poop! But I love the aroma, and it's just not the same from a bottle or in a satchel. "Raw" lavender is simply the best, and so when I have some, I sprinkle it liberally throughout the bedroom, and especially on the bed and my pillow.
