the people there that really tips the scales in favour of PEI over all other possibilities, at least for me.
This morning, for various reasons a crappy morning, the phone rang. I saw the 902 area code and picked up. It was an electrician from Morell, returning my call about a job we were looking to have done in the music cabin. So friendly was he, so "normal", so unpretentious, that 3 minutes on the phone with this Ilsander provided considerable balance and perspective to an otherwise lousy morning.
My day is marginally brighter thanks to of PEI. :-)
