Since Saturday afternoon, my personal email acct has been down, and I am having MAJOR stress about it! I've checked from three different computers at
least 27 times over the past 24 hours, and I can feel the heart palpitations increasing each time I get the error message indicating I will NOT be able to see or send my emails. Yikes! And I thought crackberry addicts had it bad -- I who have no Blackberry but rely exclusively on desktops and laptops am no better, as it turns out! It would seem that I have a serious addiction! I cannot live without my email! Imagine all the unrealized projects and potential slipping away in the 26 hours since I last was able to log on successfully! ARRRGGHHHH!
Imagine, all those poor people who will have to wait more than five minutes until I am able to get back to them.
What if I am NEVER able to get back to them? Will the world keep turning?
Happily, I still have access to my work email, and so sent a desparate plea via that source to the IT folks who run my other email acct -- here's hoping I'll be back "online" in that corner of my virtual world by tomorrow. Or... ??!!
