Welcome to Vera's Music Cabin!
In the spring of 2010, we sold our Toronto home, moved into a small apartment, and bought a house in St Peter's Harbour, PEI! In an effort to carve out more "vacation" time for our family, we hope to spend at least a few weeks each summer out there.
Music has always played an important role in my life... as Psalm 95 proclaims:
Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD;
let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come before him with thanksgiving
and extol him with music and song.
But I have not spent enough time in song over the past several years.
This summer, we added a cabin to our lot. In 2011, we finished the floors and outfitted this cabin with some drums. Our hope is to build a deck next , then find a piano, as well as perhaps a xylophone, so that music will once again flourish in our home!
