Moving from a house to an apartment last spring definately heightened our hither-to non-existent awareness of some tenant issues... bedbug infestations, a forever-broken elevator and a decaying building are amongst some of the challenges rent-paying building-dwellers often face!
The other day, someone called a meeting, inviting all tenants in the building to meet in the lobby to air their concerns and share their solutions. Good on them!
Our community includes single eldery folks, young families, working couples and a variety of cultural and social groups. Getting everyone together in one place can sometimes be a challenge. I designed this website to facilitate the process.
