I know some of my parents are reading this blog over the summer, so here’s a problem for the kids to figure out:
Alex and Simon are going to a summer camp at the ROM
the week of July 9. They will be taking the TTC downtown
and back each day (Monday to Friday).
Mr. O. is taking the boys to camp and back on the Monday and
Tuesday of that week. How many childrens’ TTC tickets will he
need to buy? How do you know?
And a "Part Two"...
If Ms. Teschow takes the boys to camp and back the rest of that week, how many tickets will she need to
purchase? How many children’s tickets do Mr. O and Ms. T need in total?
